Registration

Registration is all inclusive (except lodging). It includes printed
conference proceedings and admission to the main conference sessions
(paper and poster), tutorials, workshops, and the graduate student
symposium. It will also cover breakfast, lunch and refreshments on
August 9, 10 and 11, the conference reception and the conference
banquet. Registration web site will open on May 1st, and the exact cost
is yet to be determined, but it will not exceed 500 US dollars.

We expect to offer student registration discounts. We have also
applied to the National Science Foundation for travel support for
students and early career researchers. Please visit the conference web
site frequently for updates on these.

Lodging

We have planned an intimate conference atmosphere by having all
conference facilities and events in close proximity. In this spirit,
double rooms (two beds) have been arranged at the Portland State
University dormitories for the convenience of attendees. The dormitory
building, conference venue, and the venue where breakfast and lunch will
be served are all adjacent to each other. Each double room will cost US
dollars 50 per night.
