Registration
Registration for Diagrams and all other Visual Week events is now open.
To book accommodation at the conference centre, please visit the VL/HCC web site. Accommodation at the conference centre is in short supply and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, rooms have been block booked elsewhere for which you need to make your own arrangements; see the venue page for further details.
Registering for Diagrams includes the following meals: lunch on each day of the conference, a reception on September 19 and the conference banquet on September 20. Tea and coffee breaks are also included on each day of the conference.
Diagrams will include two tutorials, Cognitive Dimensions of Notations and Getting Started with Sketch Tools, both of which will run consecutively on the morning of September 20. By registering for Diagrams, you are entitled to attend the tutorials at no extra charge. The tutorials are also offered to delegates of the co-located events, who choose not to register for Diagrams, for a small fee. For the Cognitive Dimensions of Notations tutorial, this fee includes a tea/coffee break. For the Getting Started with Sketch Tools tutorial, this fee includes lunch.
We offer substantial discounts to delegates registering for either of the co-located conferences. Likewise VL/HCC and SoftVis offer discounted registration fees to those registering for Diagrams 2008; please see their registration pages for details. Students are also offered a discount on the registration fee; proof of student status will be required at the conference registration desk. The cost of registration and other items are detailed below.

Extra Banquest Tickets and Proceedings
Extra banquet tickets can be purchased for € 70. Extra copies of the proceedings will be available for purchase at the conference registration desk. Extra reception tickets can be purchased for €30.The cancellation policy is detailed on the registration form.
