Submission Instructions

The Diagrams conference encourages submissions of an interdisciplinary nature. However, our submission guidelines follow the accepted norms in the field of computer science and all the papers are fully peer-reviewed before acceptance. The following is an temporal overview of the submission procedure, the highlighted dates are fixed deadlines. Furthermore, we use the EasyChair system to upload submissions, provide the peer-review and the rebuttal. You may submit a paper via the Diagrams 2014 Submission Page

Extended Deadline 6th January 2014

Submit your paper via EasyChair.  We invite submissions that focus on any aspect of diagrams research, as follows.

  • long research papers (15 pages)
  • short research papers (7 pages)
  • poster extended abstract (3 pages)

Submit your paper or poster via Easy Chair. Your paper should be prepared following the LNCS style guidelines.

14th February 2014

You will receive your reviews via EasyChair, and will be notified of the preliminary outcome of your submission Your submission will be indicated as having been accepted, accepted under a different category, or rejected.

21st February 2014

After reading the reviewers' comments, you may submit a rebuttal: maximum 250 words This is an (optional) opportunity for you to respond to the reviewers' comments.

28th February 2014

You will be notified of the final outcome Your submission will be indicated as having been accepted, accepted under a different category, or rejected.

28th March 2014

Your camera-ready copy of your paper will be due. Submission will be via Easy Chair, based on LNCS guidelines.
