Presenter Guidelines



  • Full papers are allocated a total of 30 minutes consisting of: 25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions
  • Short papers are allocated a total of 20 minutes consisting of: 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions

You may bring your presentation on a USB stick in Powerpoint or pdf format. Alternatively, your can use your own laptop. You should check that there are no problems with your presentation in the break before the session in which your are presenting. You should also make contact with the Session Chair in that break. Consult the Program schedule to find the appropriate session.




Posters will be displayed throughout the conference, beginning with the Welcome cocktails on Monday evening.


Poster display boards will be provided. These will easily accommodate A0 size posters. Simple fixing mechanisms will be provided (pins or similar).


Poster presenters will be expected to be near to their posters for general discussion about their work during the poster session. This will be held on Thursday in the afternoon break.
